A mobile studio that comes to you

Booking headshots for a whole team usually means one of two things: everyone trekking off to a studio across town one at a time, or someone propping a phone against a window and hoping for the best. Neither really works. We do it differently — we bring the studio to you. A full lighting setup, backdrops, the camera, all of it arrives at your office or event and goes up in a corner you'd otherwise not be using. People drift over between meetings, sit down for ten minutes, and get back to their day.

Because the kit is the same every time and the lighting doesn't change, the photos match. That's the bit that matters when the shots are going on a team page or a wall of profiles. Nobody wants the page where half the team was lit by a window and the other half looks like a passport photo. Consistent backdrop, consistent light, consistent crop — so the set reads as one team rather than fifty separate snaps.

Built for volume, without the conveyor-belt feel

We're set up to move quickly. On one background we'll get through 120+ people in a day, which works out at roughly a dozen an hour. Each person is only in the chair for ten to fifteen minutes, and most of that is spent getting them to relax rather than fiddling with settings. That's deliberate. A rushed headshot looks rushed, so even when the day is busy we leave enough room for a couple of expressions and a quick look at the back of the camera before someone heads off.

If your team is spread across floors or sites, we can plan the running order so people come down in waves and the queue never builds up. For smaller teams the whole thing can be wrapped in a couple of hours; for larger headcounts we'll block out the day and keep a steady rhythm going.

What you actually get

Everyone leaves with images that are colour-corrected and lightly retouched. We sort skin tone, soften skin a little, whiten teeth and clear up the obvious distractions — but we keep it honest. The point of a corporate headshot isn't to look like a different person; it's to look like yourself on a good morning. Heavy airbrushing tends to backfire, so we don't do it.

Delivery is the same week. Each person gets their own password-protected gallery to find and download their shots, which saves you forwarding files around the office for a fortnight. Prefer everything in one place? We'll drop the lot into Dropbox or WeTransfer instead.

Headshots that earn their keep

A headshot is doing a job long after the session's over. It's the first thing a client sees on LinkedIn, the face next to a name on the company website, the photo that goes on a bio, a conference badge or an email signature. Whether someone's chasing new business or just wants their profile to look the part, that single image sets the tone before a word's been exchanged. It's worth getting right.

That's why we treat a team shoot as more than a tick-box exercise. We want the marketing team to be able to use these everywhere without apology — the website, the brochures, the pitch decks, the recruitment pages. Get a strong, matching set once and you stop scrambling for a half-decent photo every time someone new joins or a profile needs updating.

Backgrounds and styling

White, grey and black cover most briefs and we bring all three. White feels clean and modern and sits well on a website; grey is the safe, flattering middle ground; black reads a bit more formal. If you'd rather the photos felt grounded in the actual business, we can use your workplace as the backdrop and grab people at their desk or in a meeting room, which works nicely for founders and senior staff who want a bit more story in the frame.

Dress code is up to you, though we'll happily nudge people toward what photographs well — solid colours over busy patterns, nothing that clashes with the backdrop. Whatever you choose, we'll keep the styling and crop consistent so the finished set hangs together.

Getting booked in

It's a simple process. Tell us roughly how many people, where you are and the sort of date you're after, and we'll come back with prices and availability. We cover London and work right across the UK, so wherever the office is, we can usually get to you. Pay upfront by card or BACS, we turn up with the studio, and you've got a polished set of headshots in the gallery by the end of the week.

FAQ

Headshots — common questions

How many people can you photograph in a day?+

On a single background we'll comfortably get through 120+ people in a day — roughly 12 a head per hour, with each person spending no more than 10 to 15 minutes in front of the camera. We keep the queue moving so nobody's standing around, and we can run a tighter or more relaxed schedule depending on how your day looks.

When do we get the photos back?+

Retouched images are delivered the same week. Everyone gets colour-corrected, lightly retouched shots — skin softening, teeth whitening, that sort of thing — rather than anything heavy-handed. We deliver through a password-protected web gallery (so each person can find and download their own), or via Dropbox or WeTransfer if you'd rather.

What backgrounds do you offer?+

White, grey or black are the usual choices, and we bring the lot with us. If you'd prefer something with a bit more context, we can use your actual workspace as the backdrop — your desk, a meeting room, the office floor. Whatever we pick, we keep it consistent across the whole team so the set looks like it belongs together.

Do you retouch the headshots?+

Yes, every image is colour-corrected and lightly retouched. We sort skin tone, soften the skin a touch, whiten teeth and tidy obvious blemishes. We don't airbrush people into someone they're not — the idea is that you still look like you, just on a good day.

How does payment work?+

We take card and BACS, and invoices are settled upfront before the session. No VAT applies. Get in touch with your team size and rough date and we'll send prices and availability back to you.
