How we work, step by step

We keep the process plain. It starts with a friendly consultation by phone, video or over a coffee in town, and we aim to come back to every enquiry within 24 hours. From there you get a bespoke quote, usually within 48 hours, with packages starting from £750 and the final figure set by the size and length of the day.

Once you’re happy, we confirm the booking with a deposit and send a confirmation email and invoice so everything’s set out clearly, normally within 72 hours of approval. On the day your photographer arrives at least 30 minutes early to set up and get a feel for the venue, drawing on regular work at well-known Liverpool spots like the Philharmonic Hall and the waterfront. Your images then arrive via a private online gallery within two to three weeks, with one round of complimentary edits included, and we follow up afterwards to make sure you’re pleased with how it all came out.
